 Install individual files off the CD:

maps\           New Maps
mods\           Modifications
scenario\       New Levels
stories\        Stories
tips\           Tips & Tricks

 Look at and run (if applicable) files directly from the CD:

unzipped\       Unzipped maps, modifications, and scenarios
